PIC dental is a pioneer in dental photogrammetry, having released the world’s first commercial solution, PIC system, in 2010. Its success was followed by the world's first smartphone app for measuring implant positions, PIC app, released in 2025. Supported by over 40 peer-reviewed scientific publications and more than 1,200,000 successful clinical cases in over 28 countries, PIC dental has established itself as a leader in the field.
IPD Dental Group is proud to support them through a collaborative partnership aimed at advancing workflows for All-On-X digital procedures.
PIC dental is designed for dental practices that provide multiple implant rehabilitations. All PIC systems formats and PIC app provide a reliable passive fit. They are complemented by the PIC pro workflow, tailored to deliver predictable results in all clinical cases, saving time and reducing stress for teams while minimizing the number of patient appointments. This combination increases productivity, enabling dentists to complete more cases in less time, enhance the quality of their restorations, and reduce costs, labor, and turnaround times.
PIC transfers are PIC dental's photogrammetry implant transfers, compatible with thousands of implant platforms. They are available both direct-to-implant (bone or tissue level) and abutment level. They come in two sizes—standard and Mini—and are made from a high-performance polymer that is biocompatible, sterilizable in an autoclave, and highly resistant to chemicals and movement.
PIC system and PIC app integrate seamlessly with all CAD/CAM tools already in use in the lab and can be implemented into any workflow with minimal adaptation. The goal is to develop a digital full-arch workflow customized to the needs and equipment of the clinic and its internal or external laboratory.
The collaboration ensures full native compatibility of IPD components for PIC system and PIC app users. Customers now have access to official IPD libraries, fully verified by PIC dental, guaranteeing seamless integration with their digital workflow for multiple implant restorations.
Both companies share a commitment to delivering integrated and compatible technologies, enabling customers to effortlessly incorporate new solutions into their existing equipment and workflows.
The newly available libraries expand options for our customers, empowering dental professionals at the forefront of the industry. We are delighted to welcome PIC dental as a valuable addition to our extensive product compatibility network.
