The TPA screws allows us to screw the prosthesis once the angle of the trans occlusal canal of the restoration has been corrected, in order to improve the functionality and aesthetics.
The screws are used together with a penta-lobular screwdriver that allows it to be screwed up to an angle of 28º, the DLC coating that has been applied gives it more hardness, reduces the friction coefficient and avoiding possible jams in the screw connection.
All TPA screws maintain the lengths and seats regarding the original counterparts, and can be used with any implant CAD-CAM library compatible with the system being worked on. Not needing any additional programme or library.
The TiN coating applied to the TPA screw reduces the risk of loosening, avoids deformation of the sides of the thread, increases pre-load and resistance to fracture due to fatigue and in addition reduces bacterial adhesion.
